Generation Diversity partners with leading employers whose strategy is to diversify their workforce with female and minority college students and recent college graduates for internship and entry-level opportunities.
We are changing the way employers recruit college students. With over 10,000 registered female and minority students and recent graduates (who have at least a 3.00 GPA) we are the premier ‘college recruitment approach’ to reaching diverse talent. Our networking events target over 300 colleges and universities in the Midwest, Eastern, Atlantic Coast, and Southern regions of the country.
An “all-inclusive” college diversity networking event featuring 20 exhibitors
- Diversity - Catered to Female and Minorities college students and recent college graduates (Asian-American, African-American, Hispanic-American, Native-American)
- Invitation Only - Not a “Come One-Come All” event.
- Targeted Population - College students and recent college graduates must have at least a cumulative 3.00 GPA or higher.
- Expanded Student Population - We partner with hundreds of colleges and universities, HBCU’s, and Hispanic Servicing Institutions.
